I’ve been living a vibrant vegan lifestyle for over 6 years. Before I became vegan, I struggled with being overweight, emotional eating, and early signs of Metabolic Syndrome. This condition increases the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and chronic inflammation.

I felt like I was constantly starting over. I had no energy. My skin was dull. My confidence was low. And none of the diets I tried ever stuck for long.

When I transitioned to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, everything changed.
